The Premier of the BVI, Dr. D. Orlando Smith, clamed that the scandal information on the BVI companies appeared in news media has been illegally obtained from unofficial source.

Dr. D. Orlando Smith pointed out that all the information kept in BVI official databases is closed and cannot be available illegally.

The BVI government has launched an investigation into the matter and took measures to restore reputation of respectful financial industry.
